Cancellation policy

Card guarantee and grace period

No cancellation fee is charged when you book, and your visit is paid at the venue. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored on our reservation server.

If you contact us within 15 minutes after your reservation time, no cancellation fee is due under this rule.

Cancellations after that grace period, or no-shows, may incur ¥3,000 per person. The venue reviews each case and initiates any charge manually; it is never automatic.

Use the reservation management page to change or cancel your booking. If a guest remains absent through the end of service, staff may confirm the no-show and decide whether to initiate the charge.
