Measurement policy at launch

The reservation database is the source of truth for completed bookings. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and free-text requests are never included in analytics events or URLs.

At launch, the official website does not use anonymous attribution or Google Analytics 4 (GA4). It does not store a browser identifier for measurement or send optional analytics data.

If either is enabled in the future, we will first add an opt-in consent interface, update this notice, and obtain separate approval.

Information required for reservations

The reservation system uses contact information to fulfil, confirm, modify, or cancel bookings and handle no-shows. Card numbers are not stored on our server; payment-provider fields are used.
